Lucas joined Rise as a Project Manager in December of 2020 to manage real estate development projects throughout the region on behalf of Rise and its partners. Prior to joining Rise, Lucas worked as an Asset Manager at Twain Financial Partners and as Community Development Manager at Lutheran Development Group.
Lucas attended Washington University in St. Louis, receiving a BA in Urban Studies and Psychology and a Master of Social Work, with a focus on Social and Economic Development. He is also an alum of the Career Discovery Program at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, where he received a certificate in Urban Planning, and of the University of Missouri – St. Louis’s Neighborhood Leadership Academy. Lucas serves as a Board Member for the St. Louis Continuum of Care.
