Rebecca works as a Financial Analyst in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Department at the U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation (USBCDC). She manages a portfolio of nearly one hundred properties including both Community Development Corporation Equity and Community Lending Division Debt projects. Prior to joining the USBCDC, Rebecca participated in the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs where she completed project-based rotations in a variety of sectors including the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, City of St. Louis Health Department, and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Growing up in the Middle East where Arabic, English, and French were spoken at home, Rebecca believes in promoting deep cultural and socioeconomic understanding. Her passion for civic engagement has led her to volunteer for organizations such as the St. Louis Mosaic Project, Prosper Women Entrepreneurs, and the Youth Learning Center (The Biome). Rebecca graduated from Saint Louis University in 2014 with a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Economics and French.
