Acting as development consultant, Rise completed four phases of low-income housing tax credit development in the O’Fallon Park neighborhood of St. Louis: a first phase 26-unit rehab development (completed 2000); a 16-unit second phase rehab development (completed 2001); a 14-unit third phase new development (completed 2006); and a 31-unit fourth phase new development (completed 2011), which also utilized Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) funds, State HOME funds, City HOME funds and City Affordable Housing Trust Fund dollars.
