Rises’ progress at Emerald Ridge

Rise began developing 46 new single-family homes in East Alton, Illinois in March of 2014 in partnership with Southwestern Illinois Development Authority (SWIDA), the Village of East Alton and Madison County. We did a blog on the groundbreaking on March 11. You can read that blog by clicking here.

This is one of many of Rises’ partnership ventures in revitalization and creation of quality affordable housing.

We would like to take you on a photo journey of the progress so far at Emerald Ridge, the transformation is pretty amazing.
