Rise provided full turn-key real estate development consulting services to the YWCA of Greater St. Louis for the historic rehabilitation and conversion of the Phyllis Wheatley branch YWCA into 33 low-income affordable apartments for women and children transitioning from homelessness, using low-income housing tax credit equity and historic preservation tax credit equity.
