Rise co-developed this $8 million rehab/conversion of a former downtown hotel into 235-room Single Room Occupancy apartment building using low-income housing tax credit equity, a Missouri Affordable Housing Assistance Program (“AHAP”) Tax Credit-eligible charitable contribution and historic preservation tax credit equity.
