Adams Grove

Adams Grove is a mixed-income housing development in Forest Park Southeast consisting of 50 townhomes and garden apartments, incorporating contemporary design, green building, and universal design principles in the area of the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood that lies south of Manchester Road. The development is part of a much larger redevelopment effort in partnership with Washington University Redevelopment Corporation (WUMCRC), through its affiliate, Forest West Properties. The combined effort has transformed the Adams Grove area in a way that can serve as a model for mixed-income neighborhood redevelopment.  This project utilized state and Federal LIHTCs, CDBG funding, and funding from the City of St. Louis Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
