Emerald Ridge Update-Getting closer to move-in ready

On May 5th we took you on a little photo journey through the progress of Emerald Ridge. You can take that journey by clicking here. Rise began developing 46 new single-family homes in East Alton, Illinois in March of 2014 in partnership with Southwestern Illinois Development Authority (SWIDA), the Village of East Alton and Madison County.
