Katie joined Rise in September 2023 and is the Director of Asset Management, a role that provides strategic oversight and guidance to Rise’s real estate portfolio. With over 30 years of experience in the multi-family property industry, she has a vast and varied background in all property management arenas. Katie is responsible for coordination of property management, contractors, Resident Service Coordinators, third-party service providers, investors, and lenders. Prior to joining Rise, Katie spent 6 years working as Vice President of Asset Management over a residential property management portfolio of 1,300 low-income units. She also has 16 years of experience as Director of Compliance with a St. Louis Multi-Family Developer responsible for maintaining and ensuring compliance of a portfolio of 1,500+ units consisting of Multi-layered properties (Family, Senior, LIHTC, Market, HOME, Public Housing, and Project Based Section 8). Katie has earned designations in tax credit and HUD compliance, including C3P, C4P, HCCP, and HCM-H and is currently serving as Immediate Past President on the Board of Directors with the St. Louis Apartment Association (SLAA).
